At LOVE EM’s, we make returns for our committed pet lovers easy! If you are not satisfied with your in-store purchase, we will happily offer a refund. For products returned in their original packaging with a receipt within 30 days of purchase, refunds will be issued in the same form of payment the product was purchased. Non-food products returned opened or without a receipt can be exchanged or a store credit will be issued to the customer’s account.

In order to process your return in store, please be prepared to show the following:

– If payment was via debit or credit card: The debit/credit card used for the purchase.

– Your original receipt of the product purchased.

If any customer wishes to abandon a custom order that has already been placed physically in store or via phone then they must call or email us within 24 hours of the initial request. Cancellation outside of this deadline is possible in cases where the product is backordered for an extended period of time and has not been dispatched.

Any custom orders must be picked up within a week of the date of arrival or it will be put on the shelf for public sale. We can extend this deadline in special circumstances if requested.

There are some exceptions to our policy regarding returns and refunds. These include, but are not limited to: clearance items, sanitary products (pet diapers), cat trees, crates, and non-food special orders. These items cannot be returned.

such as, but not limited to, litter boxes, muzzles, and bowls must be returned in their original packaging and must be unused (muzzles, of course, may be tried on once for fit).

Pet apparel (coats, sweaters, collars, harnesses, etc) may be returned undamaged within 7 days of purchase for exchange or store credit. There are no monetary refunds for these items.
